CORES'09 is the sixth International Conference on Computer Recognition Systems organized by Chair of Systems and Computer Networks of Wroclaw University of Technology.

The conference will take place on 25-28 May 2009 in Paulinum Palace, Jelenia Góra, Poland.

Accepted and presented papers will be included in the Proceedings published by Springer-Verlag in the series Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing.
Proceedings will be indexed by ISI Proceedings, DBLP. Ulrich's, SCOPUS, Zentralblatt Math, MetaPress, Springerlink Extended version of selected papers will be published in special issue of Computational Intelligence "Fusion methods in pattern recognition" and Expert Systems "Statistical, soft and structural methods of pattern recognition". Authors of selected best papers will be invited to publish their papers in Pattern Analysis and Applications too.
