Accepted Papers


General requirements:

  • The final version of the submitted paper must be prepared using LaTeX2e, together with the corresponding Springer style file.
  • Papers should not exceed 10 pages.
  • Papers must comply with the format of AISC Series (see Instructions for Authors at Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing Series).
  • Springer Latex template – please use llncs.dem as a paper example ( download).
  • Any modifications of the Springer style are forbidden.
  • No modification of the paper layout is allowed. (margins, linespread etc.).
  • Please do not overuse commands like \vspace, \hspace.
  • Use eps/pdf figures instead of TikZ or PGF code inside the document.
  • Gray-scaled images are preffered.
  • Please do not use deprecated packages.
  • A list of obsolete commands and packages can be found here.

Suggestions:

  • It is recommended to use utf-8 encoding.
  • Please use only well-known packages.
  • For pseudocode please use algorithm2e package.
  • For programming-language-specific code please use listings package.
  • Pleasue use subcaption instead of subfig or subfigure packages.

The final zip archive must contains:

  • The final sources (Latex files).
  • A final PDF corresponding exactly to the final sources.
  • A Springer copyright form, signed by one author on behalf of all of the other authors of the paper.

Presentation


Oral presentation

      Please arrive to the session room ten minutes before the session starts.
      The Room Assistants will help you to upload your presentation to the room’s computer. Please test your presentation before the session starts.
      Standard presentation facilities are computer and data projector (Acrobat Reader and PowerPoint are available).
      One average presentations should last about 15 minutes.
      The discussion related to the presentation usually last about 5 minutes.

Poster Presentation

      Poster presenters are expected to arrange their material ten minutes before the session starts, and to be available to answer questions and discuss their papers with attendees.
      Each author should prepare a poster in A0 size (841 mm × 1189 mm, 33.1 in × 46.8 in).
